A.) Our campaigns send appointment information—confirmation and reminder messages—to customers when they have booked an appointment with Vision Carthage on the website.

If customers choose to opt in to receive occasional promotional and notification SMS from Vision Carthage via website contact forms or web chat, they will receive those messages as well.

End users opt in by visiting visioncarthage.org and filling in their contact details via a contact form, web chat, or when booking an appointment. Users check boxes to agree to receive notifications and provide consent to receive meeting reminders and occasional promotional messages and communications from us.

B.) You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP” to 417-674-3328. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you. You can also unsubscribe from marketing-related emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link located at the bottom of those emails.

C.) If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or reach out directly to us at director@visioncarthage.org or 417-674-3328.

D.) Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

E.) As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
