Join us for "Treats on the Square" on October 31, from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM! It's going to be a hauntingly good time filled with candy, costumes, and community spirit!
Picture this: Downtown businesses will be handing out treats to little ghouls and goblins! Grab your costumes, bring your friends and family, and let's make this Halloween one to remember in Carthage!
